Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rakata Games ("we", "us") handles information in our games and apps, including Sushi Chaos (together, the "Games"). By playing our Games you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Our Games do not ask for, collect or store personal information such as your name, email address, location, contacts or photos.
Game progress — for example high scores, coins, unlocked items and your sound and vibration settings — is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
Permissions
On Android, a Game may use the vibration permission to give haptic feedback. You can turn vibration off in the Game's settings. We do not use the camera, microphone, location or contacts.
Third-party services
The Games are built with the Unity engine and distributed through Google Play. These services may process limited technical data (such as device model and crash information) under their own privacy policies:
Our Games currently do not show ads and do not include third-party analytics. If this changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and, where required, ask for your consent in the Game.
Children
Our Games are suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your local game data can be removed at any time by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it. If you live in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
